Weekly sessions to get your fitness on track.

Total of Eight (8) 30 minute Sessions -2 x weekly over 4 weeks (or to suit)  

 If your nutrition is on track then keep your motivation high with sessions to increase strength / endurance / balance and flexibility. Build the complete weekly routine by addressing all the critical components of fitness.

Package includes:
Gym based Resistance and Cardio workouts, Core Conditioning, Flexibility

 Warm-up, Cool-down and Stretching protocols

Fitness Reassessment in Week 4.


TOTAL = 4 weeks (or to suit)


$80 / week (incl GST)
