- 2 x Personal Fitness Tests:
Tests of aerobic fitness levels in week 1 and 12 to track personal progress. - Coaching Sessions:
Choice of 2 times during the week. Attend 1 or 2 sessions to suit (the same session will be delivered 2x within the week). Work out with the group. Valuable coaching tips / protocols in principles of training, warm-up, stretching, recovery techniques, swimming technique, open water swimming, cycling skills, running and triathlon transition from swim to bike to run. - Weekly Schedule:
Choice of three levels to suit your time. All sessions planned. - Personal Folder:
Folder for training plans, weekly schedule, exercise record sheets, goal setting records, special topics information, fitness test results. - Enhanced levels of skill and confidence in Swim, Bike, Run
